Remsen’s Annual Oktoberfest Celebration
2026 Event: Saturday, October 31
Start the day browsing and shopping craft and vendor fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at MMCRU with over 90 vendors. Breakfast and lunch will be available. If you are interested in being involved in the craft and vendor fair, please contact: Mary Schwebach
The Remsen Heritage Museum will be open from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Then head over to Remsen St. Mary’s High School for Bavarian entertainment, including:
-tapping of the MARTO Golden Keg at 1 p.m. (free while it lasts!)
-beer garden open from 1-11 p.m.
-children’s Bavarian costume and dance contest at 3:00 p.m.
-Traditional German and Luxembourg Oktoberfest cuisine served a la carte, including treipen, bratwurst, head cheese, German potato salad, German kraut, pretzels and pizza.
-Bavarian Music & Dancing all night long
